NOTICE - CREDIT CARDS NO LONGER ACCEPTED
The Town of Scarborough will no longer accept credit card payments at the counter.

DEBIT CARDS WILL CONTINUE TO BE ACCEPTED.

This action is due to reduced spending requirements resulting from reduced state funding and general slowing of revenues. Community Services will continue to accept ON-LINE credit card payments ONLY. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

62-AND OLDER PROPERTY TAX ASSISTANCE REFUNDS
Scarborough adopted a resident 62-and older Resident Senior Property Tax Assistance Ordinance (pdf). The application for the program must be filed with the Assessor by October 15th of each tax year. The application form is available. If you have any questions concerning this program, and for more information, please call the Assessor's Office at 730-4060.
