Previous Volunteer Opportunities (Archive)

Scarborough's 350th Committee is urgently looking for two talented volunteers.

Calendar Project: One volunteer is needed to assist with regularly distributing our 2006 edition 350th Calendar to local merchants for sale. This person would deliver calendars to several locations around town once a month and pick up proceeds earned at each location. If this sounds like a job you would be good at and enjoy doing, please call or e-mail Judi Clancy.

Silent Auction Project: Another 350th volunteer is needed to coordinate the Silent Auction planned for the 350th Kick Off Dinner Dance and Silent Auction scheduled for September. This volunteer would solicit silent auction items, pick them up and set up the silent auction on the night of September 17th. The 350th DInner Dance and Silent Auction will be held at the Club House at Scarborough Downs. If this sounds like something you would be good at and also enjoy doing, please call or e-mail Judi Clancy.
