Zoning Board of Appeals
The purpose of this Board is to hear administrative appeals, special exceptions, variance appeals, miscellaneous appeals, and requests for limited reductions of yard sizes in residential areas. The Board consists of five members and two alternates appointed by the Town Council and meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
