FEES: $3.00 per name searched, whether or not a record is found. If record is found the fee includes a photocopy labeled "NOT FOR LEGAL PURPOSES". $15.00 for a certified copy in long form.

Make checks payable to "Town of Scarborough". Include all known information with the written request - name, dates, location.
Fees must be paid in advance - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 8:00 to 6:30 p.m. Mailing address for the Town Clerk’s Office -Scarborough Town Hall, P.O. Box 360, Scarborough, ME 04074 - (207) 730-4020.
Please include a self addressed stamped #10 (business size) envelope.
Due to the volume of requests, phone request searches can not be honored. Search requests can be left with the office staff and will be processed within thirty days.
