Indoor Reservations

Community Services oversees the scheduling of all indoor town and school facilities during non-school hours. To reserve a town or school facility, please complete the appropriate form to the right.

Reservation Process

School Reservation

All school reservations must be submitted to Community Services two weeks before the event. The following process outlines how to reserve a school facility:

  1. Complete indoor facility reservation form with as much detailed information as possible pertaining to your event.
  2. Have the building principal sign off on your facility request.
  3. Return indoor reservation from to Community Services with the appropriate signature. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 7 business days.

Municipal Reservation

Municipal reservations must besubmitted to Community Services 5 days before your event. The following process outlines how to reserve a municipal facility:

  1. Complete indoor facility reservation form with as much detailed information as possible pertaining to your event.
  2. Return indoor reservation form to Community Services; you will receive a confirmation within one day.

Alumni Gymnasium, Plummer Gymnasium, cafeteria, auditorium and physical education classroom.

Fees

Schools

All fees for any school building are set by the school’s facility manager.

Municipal

When making a reservation in which Town Hall is not scheduled to be open, a $20-per-hour fee may be applied.

 

 

Forms of Payments

Community Services will accept cash, checks, or debit cards at the counter in Town Hall.

Outdoor Reservations

Athletic Fields / Outdoor Facilities Reservations

Reservation Process

Choose the facility with the amenities that meet your needs. Click on the field calendar to see field availability. Once you have found a facility that has open time, fill out an Outdoor Reservation Form and submit to Scarborough Community Services (all instructions are on this form). We have a separate form for use of the turf field -- please make sure you fill out the proper form.

High School / Turf Field

Amenities: One turf field, 4 multi-use athletic fields, an outdoor track, with a concession stand and restrooms, 2 high school regulation-size softball fields, 1 high school regulation-size baseball field, 4 outdoor basketball courts, 4 tennis courts, and an outdoor ice skating rink with concession/warming hut with restrooms.

* No schedules during winter season.

Middle School Sports Complex

Amenities: 2 multi-use athletic fields, 1 high school regulation baseball field, and 1 regulation-size softball field.

* No schedules during winter season.

Peterson Field

Amenities: 3 multi-use athletic fields, 1 Little League regulation-size baseball field with concession stand, 1 Little League regulation-size softball field, 1 high school regulation-size softball field, and a walking trail around the perimeter of the complex.

* No schedules during winter season.

 

Springbrook Sports Complex

Amenities: 5 multi-use athletic fields, 2 Little League regulation-size softball fields, playground, and a concession stand with restrooms.

* No schedules during winter season.

Wiley Sports Complex

Amenities: 2 multi-use athletic fields, 1 high school regulation-sized baseball field, 1 Little League baseball field, walking trails, playground, and a concession stand with restrooms.

* No schedules during winter season.

Memorial Park

Amenities: 3 multi-use fields, walking trails, skateboard park, open green space with an amphitheatre and a gazebo, a pond with 2 water fountains, and a concession stand with restrooms.

* No schedules during winter season.

Black Point Park Field

Amenities: 1 multi-use athletic field, toddler playground, community gardens, and a seasonal porta-potty.

Outdoor Lighting Management

Our wireless lighting system allows users within the community to schedule field lights. The High School Sports Complex light system is set up in seven zones as follows:

  • McFarland (Baseball) Field
  • Turf Field
  • Varsity Softball Field
  • 114 Softball Field
  • Track
  • Tennis Courts
  • Basketball Courts

Rates

    Basketball and Tennis Courts $15 per hour
    Fields $70 per hour
