Code Enforcement - Frequently Asked Questions

DO I NEED A PERMIT

A permit is needed for all new construction or structural alterations or repairs to any interior or exterior portion of any building, including sheds, decks and swimming pools. Any change of use of a structure or property, regardless of extent of construction, requires a permit.

Hard wired 110 AC with battery backup.

Require permits when deeper than 24 inches.

FENCES

No permit required under 6 feet in height.
