Maine Emergency Management

The emergency management system in Maine begins with the State of Maine Emergency Management Agency (MEMA). From there each county in Maine has its own County EMA office. For Scarborough, the county arm of FEMA is the Cumberland County Emergency Management Agency located at 22 High Street, in Windham. They do not currently have a web site, but you can reach them at 800-298-1139.
